SHIPPING POLICY

3.1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully authorized and verified, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume promotional periods.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

3.2 Shipping Destinations

At this time, MUJOSH USA primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.

3.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timing may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Typical U.S. delivery time after dispatch is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping service selected and destination.

3.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a promotion or free shipping offer applies.

3.5 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information. MUJOSH USA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

3.6 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to carrier operations. If your package is delayed, lost, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at service@mujosh.us.

We will reasonably assist with carrier claims and investigation. However, MUJOSH USA is not responsible for carrier-confirmed theft, delivery to the address provided by the customer, or delays outside our control.

In appropriate cases and at our discretion, we may offer replacement, store credit, or claim assistance.

3.7 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3.8 Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain addresses, regions, or customers where fraud, resale abuse, legal restrictions, or carrier limitations are suspected.
