MUJOSH is a global eyewear brand originating from Hong Kong. We design and manufacture our own frames to maintain premium quality at an accessible price point.

At this stage, MUJOSH USA primarily focuses on our fashion sunglasses collections.

Do you offer prescription services online? We do not provide direct prescription lens fitting on our website at this time.

If you love a MUJOSH frame and need prescription lenses, you can visit one of our partnered eye clinics in the US. They can provide exams and fit lenses into our frames. Contact: service@mujosh.us for a list of partner locations.

We are currently an online-first brand in the US. While we don't have standalone MUJOSH boutiques yet, please look forward to our future physical store openings!

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Insurance: We do not accept vision insurance or process insurance claims. As we primarily sell non-prescription sunglasses online, these are generally not covered by standard vision plans.

To keep your MUJOSH eyewear in top condition:

Always use two hands to put on/take off frames.

Clean lenses only with the provided microfiber cloth and lens cleaner.

Avoid Heat: Never leave your sunglasses on a car dashboard, as extreme heat can damage the coatings and frame shape.

All MUJOSH frames come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering production defects. This does not cover accidental damage (e.g., being sat on or dropped), lens scratches from daily wear, or loss.

Returns: Contact service@mujosh.us within 30 days of delivery for return validation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale Items: All sale items are **Final Sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations: You may cancel or change your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
