MUJOSH is a global eyewear brand founded in Shenzhen, China in 2010, and part of Photosynthesis Group. We design and manufacture our own frames to maintain premium quality at an accessible price point. Our low bridge fit frames are cut with a shallower nose bridge, so glasses stop sliding down.

At this stage MUJOSH USA focuses on our sunglasses collections, with a smaller range of optical frames alongside them. See the prescription lens question below for how corrective lenses are handled.

On selected frames the product page shows a Customize Lens button. It takes you through single vision or progressive, a lens type such as clear, blue light filtering or photochromic, and a lens brand, and you either upload the prescription you already hold from your own optician or send it to us afterwards. MUJOSH fits the lenses at its own optical facility. MUJOSH does not run eye exams in the US, so the prescription has to come from a licensed optometrist. Not every frame carries the option yet. If the frame you want shows no Customize Lens button, contact us through the chat or the contact page and we will confirm what is possible.

We are currently an online-first brand in the US. While we don't have standalone MUJOSH boutiques yet, please look forward to our future physical store openings!

We do not currently have partner clinics for in-person eye exams, but we plan to roll out such services in the future. Please stay tuned.

Payment Methods: We accept nine payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Insurance: We do not accept vision insurance or process insurance claims. As we primarily sell non-prescription sunglasses online, these are generally not covered by standard vision plans.

To keep your MUJOSH eyewear in top condition:

Always use two hands to put on/take off frames.

Clean lenses only with the provided microfiber cloth and lens cleaner.

Avoid Heat: Never leave your sunglasses on a car dashboard, as extreme heat can damage the coatings and frame shape.

All MUJOSH frames come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering production defects. This does not cover accidental damage (e.g., being sat on or dropped), lens scratches from daily wear, or loss.

Returns: Contact support@mujosh.us within 30 days of delivery for return validation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale items: Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt under the same conditions as full-price items. For non-quality issues, items must be unworn with packaging intact, and the customer covers return shipping.

Cancellations: You may cancel or change your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
