RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

4.1 Return Window

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email service@mujosh.us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

4.2 Return Eligibility

Returned items must be:

· in original condition;

· unworn or unused;

· free from damage caused after delivery;

· returned with original packaging, case, cloth, and included accessories where applicable.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

· final sale items;

· clearance items;

· gift cards;

· customized or special-order products;

· items damaged through misuse, abnormal wear, unauthorized repair, or improper care.

4.4 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an item arriving damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MUJOSH USA is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

4.5 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from our error.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it is submitted.

4.6 Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to inventory availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

4.7 Order Changes and Cancellations

We may be able to modify or cancel an order before it enters fulfillment. Once the order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

4.8 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact service@mujosh.us within 7 days of delivery and include:

· your order number;

· a description of the issue;

· clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

4.9 1-Year Limited Warranty

MUJOSH USA offers a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery covering verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

Examples of issues that may be covered include:

· manufacturing defects in frame construction;

· hinge defects due to workmanship;

· abnormal structural failure not caused by misuse.

The warranty does not cover:

· accidental damage;

· scratches from normal wear;

· bent frames due to improper handling;

· damage caused by impact, crushing, heat exposure, chemicals, pets, or misuse;

· lost or stolen items;

· normal cosmetic wear and tear.

4.10 Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, email service@mujosh.us with:

· your order number or proof of purchase;

· a description of the issue;

· clear photos showing the defect.

If a claim is approved, MUJOSH USA may, at its discretion:

· repair the product;

· replace the product with the same or comparable item;

· issue store credit or another appropriate remedy.

Warranty remedies are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable unless required by law.

4.11 Product Care Reminder

To extend the life of your eyewear:

· use both hands when putting on or removing frames;

· clean lenses using a microfiber cloth and lens-safe cleaner;

· avoid high heat, including leaving eyewear on dashboards or in hot cars;

· store eyewear in its protective case when not in use.
